As all the weather reports had it, Sunday was a mess when the guys woke up and never stopped raining, causing the NBL to cancel the race on day 2 and double up the scores. This gives Kyle, Randy, and Cristian all great scores. Next weekend is ABA Guthrie and A few of the guys are planning on going, while others are opting out, as we all leave the day after Guthrie to go to the 1st stop of the 2008 UCI Supercross Race in Spain. We will be in Orlando and will keep you up to day all 3 days for race action.

The 2007 BMX racing season is on its way to a finish. The UCI Supercross series just ended 2 weekends ago, with Robert De Wilde taking the overall title. Kyle Bennett had a impressive weekend as he was the fastest qualifier, but a crash in the semifinal kept him out of the main event. Both Randy Stumpfhauser and Brandon Meadows had terrible luck, both crashing out of the event in the 1st rounds of racing, both suffering injuries. Randy sustained a broken collar bone, while Brandon broke his nose after being run over. This was a huge blow to Randy as he sits just outside of 1st place in the ABA Pro title chase. Hello race fans. We are in the smoggiest city in the world, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Don't worry about us fans, we didn't go for the unheard of airline that went out of business and we didn't get on the wrong flight to nowhere. We are here. Day 1 and not much is going on. After last weekends pre cheater race, the track started to fall apart. The berm's seems to be breaking up, so instead of letting it cause a problem, the just shut down practice for everyone that had it planned for today and tomorrow. So that means that it will be day #3 for most to sit around and do zero bike riding. Kyle, Randy, and a host of the words other top pros banned together today to do there last minute prep for the race. Sprints on some of the busiest city street, plyos, and a gym session went down with Bubba, Donny, Matt P and others. What a day for the lucky BMX fans that are already hitting up the USA hotel to see the guys. Team USa seems to be super prepped this year, and its a nice welcome. Mike King and Richard Bunt are by far the best TM's the USa has ever had with huge support from USa cycling. Team USA is pro with a Mechanic, the world famous Q from Shimano and a team doctor! Jerseys went out to most of the riders, other than the ones that didn't get shipped or made for some strange reason. The hotel is Pro and the bus set up seemed to be just as good. With a lot of first time racers, it will be a great experience and the USA has set the new bar. Look for our program to get better and better, so we need to send out a big thanks the the NBL, USAC, Doug Martin, Mike King, Richard Bunt, and all the other that have helped out or will help out this week. Check out the report page here.

We will have the full report up in a few days. The internet connection was the worst ever, so we didn't get you the report up live.

This weekend, the Pro tour headed back to the NBL for the last National of the year before the Grands. South Park, PA is the location and the track is burly. A newly updated track was met with great apperception by the Pros, but the newer racers and novices just cant hang on this Pro course. Huge lips on the jumps and quite possible the fastest track on the tour, South Park claimed a lot of riders and bikes. Day one, Randy Stumpfhauser was looking to get closer up to the #1 spot in Pro points, currently held by Kyle Bennett. Randy did the best he could with a huge win on the day in the Elite main event, with a come from behind pass down the last strait away. Kyle placed 3rd in the man event, added a few more points to his lead, but Randy was the biggest gainer, putting him into 3rd overall in the title chase. Check out the full race report here. Below is a few more shots from the event.

With Dale still healing up from his bad crash in Phoenix, Cristian out with his injured shoulder, Brandon just getting ready to make it back to the BMX scene, and Randy at home for the birth of his new baby boy, Kyle was the only Elite Pro for BMXpros.com. On Saturday, Kyle rode strong all day, but missed out on the Elite and UCI main events. Kyle came back strong on Sunday to not only make the main, but finish up 2nd. If the track was 6 more inches longer, he may have passed Robert De Wilde for the win, but Kyle was stoked to add another Podium finish in the NBL.

Happy Birthday goes out to Cristian Becerine. Cristian is recovering from Shoulder surgery, but looks to be back on track and is able to at least ride at the Free Agent Pro Clinics.

Phoenix, AZ- One of the smoothest tracks in history had some of the best racing in a long time this past weekend at the ABA winter Nationals.
