ABA Grand Nationals Tulsa, OK

The ABA Season came to a close this past weekend in Tulsa, OK. The ABA prepared what may have been the best Grand National Track ever built, with just as much excitement in the arena. The 500 moto race was exciting and action packed with some of the best AA Pro racing in years, with Randy Stumpfhauser being the most dominant Pro of the weekend. Cristian Becerine was also flying all weekend and had great results. Here is how each of the Double A Marketing riders finished up:

Randy Stumpfhauser has been flying for the past few races, taking home wins. With an outside shot at the ABA #1 Pro title, Randy had his full focus on winning the ABA Grands. Things started off well for Randy on Friday night, as the ABA had made the Pro spectacular a Pr points race. Randy won every lap of the night up to the main event. As the gate dropped, Stumpy took the lead and was flying but a slight bobble in the rhythm section caused him to leave a space open, and Bubba Harris took it, as well as the lead. Randy finished up 2nd for the night, but gained a lot of needed points. On Saturday and Sunday, Randy was once again flawless in his qualifying races. As the main event took to the first of 3 rounds, once again Randy was the most dominant Pro, as he took the first main event win. In the 2nd main, Randy once again took the early lead, but was passed by Bubba in the Pro section and came close, but finished 2nd. When the 3rd main loaded up, Stumpy got ready and just exploded out of the gate, with an incredible lead going into the first turn. No one came close to Randy, as he took the 3rd main win, as well as the overall for the day. This win put Randy into #2 overall for the season, making this his best ABA Pro season to date. Cristian Becerine just returned to America from his big win at the South American Games. Cristian was a bit jet lagged, but you would have never have known it, as on Friday night at the Pro Spectacular, he finished up 4th. Come Saturday and Sunday, Cristian was flying and looking to be one of the favorites. His incredible speed down the first strait away was turning heads and giving the other Pros fits. When the AA Pro finials started, Cristian was out front and one of the few riders to get close to Randy and Bubba, as he finished up 3rd for the day.
