NBL Gator Nationals Tampa, Florida

Round 3 of the NBL Pro Series was held last weekend in Tampa, Florida and it was a special event for the Pros. The NBL has listened for the past few season and is acting on the requests of the pro riders. On Saturday night, there was a Pro only special event where the riders were treated like the stars they are. As the fans filled the race track, jamming the bleachers, the pro riders were introduced, and showcased in an event like no other in NBL History. This pro spectacular was an awesome event and looks to be the new way Pro BMX racing should be done. Randy Stumpfhauser once again was one of the top guys come main time, extending his lead in the Pro Points for the 2003 NBL #1 Pro series title chase.

Randy Stumpfhauser has been so consistent in the NBL race series so far this year with making the main at each Pro event. This week, Randy once again proved his speed and skill as he placed 2nd at the NBL Pro Spectacular on Saturday night, and stuck around on Sunday to win the Pro Open race. Randy wants to better his #2 national ranking from 2002, and at this race looks like he will do just that.
